CANCELLATION POLICY: Hey loves!🤍 I understand that sometimes things come up and you can’t no longer make it to your appointment. I respectfully require 48 hours notice for cancellations or changes to the service scheduled. If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged for 50% of the cost of the service. If this happens more than once, it will prohibit you from scheduling future appointments with me. NO CALL OR SHOW: If you do not show up to your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service scheduled. No refund will be given or exceptions made. REFUNDS/ DEPOSITS: If you leave a deposit for any service, the deposit goes towards that specific date and time. The deposit is non-transferrable meaning it cannot be transferred to a future appointment. If you decide to cancel or reschedule, you will lose your deposit. I do not offer refunds of any kind.
